Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

If you are unsure about your item, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
